We are currently using LDAP authentication, Moodle 2.5 on Windows, and a MySQL database.
We are running into an issue where when we need to create new users manually, using Users--> Accounts-->Add a New User, that once the user name and password are created for them and the user signs in for the first time, they are automatically added to the participants list of a previously created course brought in by LDAP. In our case, it is adding them to a school advisors advisee list.
We've tried multiple things, but can't seem to find a solution to this issue. Any ideas?
