Why install.php runs automatically?

Hello,

I am using moodle 2.2.3.

Soon after I enter web site name in the address bar of browser, 

install.php runs automatically.

Why am I asked to reinstall moodle?

I have not taken backup of all the courses?

Have I lost my valuable datas? What happened to my datas?

I want answer for following questions

        How to login into web site as admin without any problem?

        How to get back all the datas?


 Can any one help me?

Usually because you have moved or renamed your database or the permissions have been changed and the config.php file is no longer accessible. If it worked before then *something* was changed - even if it does not appear related.
