Hello,

I've seen the same thing. I'm not sure when it started, but it may have been when I upgraded from 2.4 to 2.6

I am now setting up an entirely new 2.8 instance, on a new VM, and the problem persists. The log file seems to know exactly when the enrollments ran, but the users list is wrong:

From the log file on one of the courses:
