In these forums, when I click the ordered list button, the number 1 appears in the textarea and I see a blinking cursor next to it. But, if I begin typing no text appears. At least once I've typed some secret combination that takes me off the page and destroys my previous typing.
The trick is, after clicking on ordered list, you must click again on the blinking cursor, after which you can begin typing again.
I'm using the latest version of Firefox. Doesn't happen on Chrome. I won't honor IE by even trying.
This does not happen on our production moodle 2.6.1 with the atto editor in Firefox.
