im trying to install moodle on my server, after i have transfered all the file i tries to install moodle, on database setup page in getting error
Error: Database connection failed
It is possible that the database is overloaded or otherwise not running properly.
The site administrator should also check that the database details have been correctly specified in config.php

first i download moodle 2.7
then due to same error i switch to moodle 2.63
im getting same problem i need to install moodle for my research work help me out
