Is it possible to make the formula markup shorter and use for example "pow((({T1}-({T1}:{T10})/10)),2)" so in the end it automatically uses wildcards from T1 to T10 which would equal in return to "pow((({T1}-({T1}+{T2}+{T3}+{T4}+{T5}+{T6}+{T7}+{T8}+{T9}+{T10})/10)),2)"?

Any other suggestions?

Sorry but this cannot de done with the calculated question type. Other non standard (but fully supported) question types that coud be usefull to your problem could be added to your moodle installation.
