I am trying out Moodle and Installation seems kinda easy untill i hit this error.." Warning: main(c:\program files\easyphp1-8\www backup/lib.php): failed to
open stream: No such file or directory in c:\program
files\easyphp1-8\www\admin\index.php on line 239
i cant seem to solve this. Thank a million !!

Odd!
I don't like the look of the path in the Warning - there's a slash missing after www, but I can't quite think how that would happen.
I would suggest that you attach a copy of your config.php file here (please remove the db password first) and also make completely sure that all files have been properly transferred to your server - checking backup/lib.php actually exists would be a good place to start.

hi there..
I think i know the source of the problem. I am using the EasyPHP package and I altered the installation path from http:\\localhost\moodle to http:\\localhost. My ultimate aim is to have it running on http:\\www.abc.com rather then http://www.abc.com/moodle . My current installation is on a test machine. I plan to host it elsewhere. By any chance i can just export out the database structure and copy out the entire www folder from the apache ? would that work ? is there anything else that i need to do ? It would be great if you could share with me an easier way to migrate this out from my test machine easily..

I have a similar error message it is as follows:

Not the same on line error, but it has stopped my installation.
Any suggestion greatly appreciated. I attache my config.php for information.
