Accomplishments would range from presentations, to short training courses on various topics
Ideally the storage method would be private to the individual user with the teacher and suitable web service able to get lists of values returned.
I don't think assignments would give the level of flexibility needed as each student can complete any accomplishment at any time and in any order.
I was looking at badges but can they be queried using web services?
