Iam using moodle along with an external website say http://learningcompany.com. This site talks to my moodle installation in the backend to get things done. We've developed customized plugins to make this work. Courses are uploaded in the moodle site and users are given the option to play courses in learningcompany.com. When users play the course, the course opens up in a new window. Now the requirement is, I need to timeout/close the moodle player course window alone if the user is idle for 10 minutes. Is there a way to do it?
Even if this is not possible, how can I track the time the course was started and how to know whether it is idle for say 10 minutes?
