Hello Again:
I have already solved the problem....
I bet you copied your config.php on your root directory AND ALSO THE config.php FILE ON THE ADMIN DIRECTORY. (the last copy should not be done).
Well take the config.php from the directory Admin in the version 1.5 of moodle and copy it in the place of the config.php file you put on that directory.
And try again.
Make a backup, I did it once and didn´t work out, but with the second attempt it worked properly.
