I have the SAME issue! I need a way to be able to not only enrol students via LDAP, but also put them in groups that way (and even groupings). I can use a csv file for group enrolment at least, but it would be so much easier if it could be done with database/LDAP. And I have to do groupings manually (don't want to put the burden on the teachers for self enrolment with their kids) which takes so much time!
Someone please help! Is there a plugin for this? Moodle experts, please hear my plea!!!
