I have students who are told to submit a zip file, but don't listen and submit a .rar file instead.
Moodle.1.9 does not deal well with .rar files, forcing us to download and manually unzip them ourselves rather than bulk download everything.
I am implementing a moodle 2.6.2 for myself. I would like to know first of all if I can enforce a file suffix on the submitted file. Can I require that it be a .zip?
Second, Can I trigger running a script (I'll take any programming language) that I can write to check. For example, I could verify that the .zip file is not corrupted (that has happened).
