Message: Firefox can't find the server at mysite.com
What is the problem. I did reach out to support@moodle.com, but have received no help.
Without more info you probably won't get much help.
What are you trying to do? Are you installing Moodle? Or are you trying to access an existing instance of Moodle at your school?
No worries...it was a server issue...my host had to fix it.
