I have reports that show the date and time a user passed a quiz in a course, and have been able to successfully format the unixtime to a readable format. Unfortunately it displays the time for the East Coast where our hosted server is located. We are in Phoenix on Mountain standard time with no change for day light savings. Hence right now the times displayed are 3 hours later, and for the winter they are 2 hours later.
Our location settings have America/Phoenix for both the Default timezone and the Force default timezone.
I can live with the unixtime on the east coast if I can format the time displayed in my configurable reports to the current time zone.
Ideas are greatly appreciated.
