on android its not just the essential theme - moodle block drag n drop breaks the ability to move blocks entirely...

i flagged this up in that 'shoehorn some javascript not written for it into bootstrap' thing about drag n drop block, but alas - as per normal - it was completely ignored

yeh - there are lots of things i add comments to about completely broken stuff that gets close as fixed somehow.
one day you'll have to explain that tracker thing to me, i'm sure i'm doing it wrong.
