Hi!

I need add in the section 0 the teachers' name and start date of course, automatically. It's possible?

Yes and no.

Moodle itself does not provide such feature. You would need to implement a custom course format (or hack customize some standard one) to do that.

Hi,

You can also create a theme layout for courses and add your informations on the page.
