I had installed my moodle via webmatix in windows 8.1, i had 2 serious problems at my starting phase
1) i cant access localhost directly without opening web matrix.
2) i can't access my moodle page from Lan connection
i had changed my config.php as
$CFG->wwwroot = 'http://local server ip address/moodle';
