In our classroom we work with groups and groupings.
We are now faced with the following problem.
A number of groups are involved in the classroom and each group has to choose one appointment from a list of 5.
We would like to use the choice module.
The choice of appointment for each group should be made by one of the group's members; in a similar fashion to the "Students submit in groups" option of the Assignment module
Any ideas how we can solve this Problem
We use moodle 2.4.1
"Students submit in groups" is a solution that the Assignment people figured out. However, there is no general concept of teams in Moodle, so there is approach that is imposed on all modules. By team I mean a group which Moodle can treat as a single person where needed, and if I understand correctly, this is what you are after. You may try to come up with a workable solution using the database module.
