I am working with Moodle 2.1.6. Recently completed quiz attempts ceased to display in the Results>Grades screen (e.g. http://www.domain.com/mod/quiz/report.php?id=4&mode=overview). These attempts were successfully completed because direct access to the individual attempts show successful completion (e.g. http://www.domain.com/mod/quiz/review.php?attempt=165).
I created a test user account, logged in, took the quiz, logged back in as administrator, and the results are not displaying. I also created a new quiz, completed the quiz in a student role, and the outcome was the same.
I turned debugging on, and the following messages appear on the opening page for the quiz:
Notice: Undefined variable: infomessages in /home/admtmci/public_html/mod/quiz/view.php on line 223
Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /home/admtmci/public_html/mod/quiz/renderer.php on line 467
The same notice and warning appears on all quiz pages in all courses throughout the site.
No files have been modified that I am aware of. All files on the server appear to have the same original modification dates.
Does anyone have experience with this issue and know how to resolve it?
