We (SUMS Online Ltd www.sums.co.uk) purchased this domain name back in 2009 from another UK organisation, at a time when we were promoting our maths activities on Moodle. At that time there was a discussion on these boards about licence rights. See:

In that thread (1st July 2009, please do read) Martin advised me as follows:
"The restrictions are purely on things that would conflict with http://moodle.com, so there is a lot of other uses you could put it to."
Anyway, assuming nothing has changed on that, we now wish to sell the name to someone who could make better use of it. Obviously they also need to avoid any licence/copyright issues. SUMS mostly works now through App Stores etc, and it has been a long while since we had a focus on Moodle.
In our 4+ years of ownership we have done little meaningful with the name, but our use has not been challenged in any way. Renewal is 25th April 2014 so I'll set 18th April as an arbitrary end date for this.
