Questionnaire not showing up in Activity Module admin settings?? Help?!

Hoping someone can help!

I'm on Moodle 2.4.3 (Build: 20130318)

My admin installed Questionnaire, and I can add a Questionnaire as an Activity in my site. 

However, when I go to Site administration> Plugins>Activity modules> ...

I can see all the plugins except Questionnaire. It's not there. 

This means I can't enable Skip Logic or set any of the other features I need. My admin has uninstalled and re-installed the plug in and given me all admin rights that he can find, and still nothing. Am I missing something really basic? The admin is new to Moodle too, any ideas would be much appreciated.

 

We're supposed to open our course/conference next Friday and I can't set up any of our evaluations!

Skip Logic (= Conditional branching) was introduced in Questionnaire 2.5. Which other features do you need?

And there is nothing to set in the Plugins/Activity modules/Questionnaires until version 2.6.

I suggest you upgrade your moodle site to latest current version available, i.e. 2.6.
