Resource types

I'm brand new to Moodle and have reviewed the way various activities work but I can't seem to find a setup that will do ALL of the following:

1. Show activity 1 on a certain day/time for X amount of time AND
2. Auto-advance to activity 2 after X amount of time on activity 1.

So, at 10am on a given day, activity 1 is available until 10:15am. The student clicks on the link for activity 1, which displays an image for 15 minutes. Then at 10:15am, the next activity is automatically loaded, displaying a different image.

Possible?
