How do I backup?

I'm a revelantly new user of moodle and i'm curently using the 1.5 version.

I want to ask how do I backup a lesson/quizz, how do I restore a lesson/quizz and in what form moodle is backing up my lessons/quizzes, I mean where can I find them physically in my hard drive?

Hi,

To backup any/all activities in a course, please follow the backup link in the teachers' administration panel.

A folder called backupdata containing the backup zip file will be created in the course files folder (within the moodledata folder). The backup format is xml.

To restore the activities, please follow the restore link in the teachers' administration panel then select "restore" for a backup zip file.

I am using a test server and after my upgrade to 1.5+ I noticed that the backup feature on the admin menu is gone.

Any ideas.
