1. Is it possible to have the results of questionnaires sent to multiple recipients (for example: a moderator, an administrator, and a teacher?
2. Is it also possible to have the results sent to different recipients? (other than making different questionnaires for different students.) For example, all students with last names A-M send their answers to Administrator B, while students with last names L-Z send their answers to Administrator A?
Question 1. is the more important one at the moment.

Right now, the only way to see the results is on-line within the course they belong to. For that case, as long as a user is a teacher of that course, they can see the results.
If you want to add emailing results as an extra feature, use the bug tracker to request a new feature.
If you need it quicker, you could pay for the development using a Moodle partner (I'm one).

does the email on complete feature not work right now then?
Mine doesnt appear to be working, and i just want to know if i should expect it to or not.
