Is it possible to have an option added to the latest Journal add-on so that the instructor can choose to send an email to the student notifying him/her of feedback? It could default to "yes" as is the current default, but still allow for a "no" option.
It seems this feature to email students is functional in the Journal Plug In now. An automated email is sent indicating:
'Instructor name' has posted some feedback on your journal entry
for 'Assignment'--Open Sept. 12-16'
You can see it appended to your 'link'.
I am looking for a feature to turn this off. Should this be in the features within the tool and if so, where, or at the institute administration level?
