You should really provide much more details about :
- your Moodle version
- your BigBlueButton Moodle plugin version
- your BigBlueButton Moodle plugin configuration (Default URL is http://test-install.blindsidenetworks.com/bigbluebutton/ !)
- what you've done exactly (the role you use...)
- what you get exactly (with screenshot)
And also specify if it's a new installation...

- My BBB version is 2013110103(i'm sorry if i'm wrong i see it at the manage activities)
- I'm using localhost to make my moodle. did i do wrong? i'm just entered BBB and make a course but it's just shown black page.

Hi Angga,
It seems that you have a problem either with your browser, your flash or the connectivity to the server. What I would almost say for sure is that it has nothing to do with the Moodle integration.
First, can you try going directly to?
http://test-install.blindsidenetworks.com/
put your name and join the meeting. If you get there correctly we can discard browser and flash version.

But it same with my bigbluebutton. its just stuck when connecting to server.
May my browser doesn't support for connecting to server or something wrong?
