I have this request to setup a system where subject matter experts read through certain course modules in one language and simultaneously translate the content to another language say local language. Say from English to a local language.
The original language to be translated (English) are saved in PDF format.
We should be able to save out the translated (final language) language to html or ms word format after the translation and this will be distributed in hard copy or plug into another system.
We are looking at split screen approach where the language to be translated in PDF appears in the upper part of the screen and a space for translation appears at the bottom part.
As the Subject Matter Experts read through the pdf in the upper part they translate in the lower part.
Any idea from anyone will be appreciated.
