Sir i have configure moodle on my pc. after registration user will not get an e-mail. how i can solve this problem

How have you configured your Moodle installation? Did you use a turnkey installation? Email services may not be running on your PC.
Also some ISPs block smtp to stopt botnet, so more research may be needed here.

Need more information - are any emails being sent out? Is cron running? Registration emails are only sent when Cron runs. What kind of registration? Do you have that option set?
