I'm currently experimenting on a theme based on cornflower. While I was adding this and that, I noticed that in editing, block commands were dropping off their places. After a quick check, I noticed this problem in the original, too (see screenshot).
Fixed and committed to CVS. Should take a day or so to filter through.

The correct way to solve this problem is mentioned here. Sorry for causing this, it was the change of blocks from tables to divs that does it.
