We are looking for a new Help Desk solution for our k-12 private school.  Currently we have a very basic help desk with few features.  Here is what we would like from a new solution:

No login required (or we don't have to support database for forgotten password request so offsite hosting)

Auto assign tickets by subject (Moodle issue auto assign to me)

Mobile App

Easily update user portal page for announcements like "network issues" or "news"

Customization (our Logo)

That's the basics of what we are looking for so let me know what works for you.

Might it be an idea to make some suggestions as to how you think you can move forward? That way others might be able to elaborate-share their thoughts. smile
