I am facing error while deleting the user in moodle 2.6.Error details are in bellow image, if any one have solution please reply me as early as possible.
I also experience the same problem. But I solved it by checking the users email I'd . it was having capital letters.
Change their email I'd to lower case first by using update profile option and then delete it.

I uploaded all the users from our SAP system. When I tried yo delete one it showed the same error as yours. Then I went through the user profiles. The domain was in capital. So I changed it in excel for all of them and re uploaded and with the option of overwriting. It worked .
