Mary,

I'm trying to use Aardvark Post-It theme in Moodle 2.6, but the tinyMCE HTML editor cannot load. I just can see the html code, and my course creators don't understand html... Can you help me?
I put class="block-region" in the blocks, but nothing change...
I had change the $OUTPUT->blocks_for_region()  to $OUTPUT->blocks() too... Still cannot load the tinyMCE editor...

I don't know why you are tying to use it in 2,6 as it stopped working in 2.3

I have no idea what is wrong with it...but I would bet it is Moodle and not the theme.

Go figure!
