When reviewing statistics, I found that we had a strangely large amount of guest hits at some times but not others. One day, we'll have 5, another day we'll have 1300. So I looked at the course logs to see what was being recorded for guest activity.
It turns out that the issue appears to be when users log in. First, the user login appears normally. But after that, there are a number of errors related to Google Apps. These are being recorded as guest hits. Could anyone let me know what could be causing these errors and how to prevent this from occurring? It is strange that they are counted in the report on some days and not on others, too. There doesn't seem to be any consistency around it.
One other strange behavior I noticed is that, as below, the user is listed in the first row but not in the error rows. I've seen other times where the user name is listed with each error as well.
