I want to upload another picture which can be seen in the user profile aside from the user picture.
For example an image file of user's signature then eventually will be used in the Simple Certificate module as their signature. Thanks for the help.

Profile fields may be a menu of choices, text area, text input or a checkbox and may be required or not.
