Book module working with MSSQL?

Folks

I use the MSSQL patch for running moodle with SQL server 2000. I was wondering if anybody had installed the Book Module with Microsoft SQL server and used it. The ado_mssql script that is required is absent. I would appreciate of someone could throw light on this.

the patch covers only the standard modules, so its correct that the book module does not have the ado_mssql.sql and ado_mssql.php files

the standard modules have those files because the patch you ran created them

its possible to create your own 2 files for the book module but that is no guarantee that the rest of the code is compatible with ado_mssql, those files will only allow you to install the module.

Book uses only standard Moodle function to interact with the database (no custom SQL code), it should be enough to add only those two files.
