Can anyone help me please.
I want to allow the manager to be able to set the appearance of our moodle 2.5+ site. I can't see this in the permissions so thought I would have to make a new role ie another admin but I don't see how I can edit this second admins roles as I don't need them to access anything more than the manager's role plus the appearance of the site.
