Hi - a belated reply. I found that www.surveymonkey.com was the best solution for our school. We subscribed for a paid account, but some teachers used their own free accounts to run surveys up to 100 participants. The survey links are very easily posted into moodle, and it is easy to customise design and content of questions and to analyse feedback.
