How ti stop student see other faculty modules?

Hi there,

 

Can anyone help me with Moodle on creating faculties?

My question is:

Can I create 2 faculties?

1)      One Faculty of Computer Science with 3 courses/modules (eg: Faculty of Computer Science (Modules: Operating System, Informatics and Programing)).

2)      One Faculty of Economics with 2 courses/modules (eg: Faculty of Economics (Modules: Marketing and Economics))

Now, students from Faculty of Computer science should not see and access Faculty of Economics and vise verse.

Is this possible with moodle and please let me know step by step how to do it?

Hi,

My suggestion would be to set up two separate Moodle courses: one Economics and the Other Computer Science, and only enrol each student in the course you wish them to complete e.g. Economics. They won't be able to access the course they are not enrolled in e.g. Computer Science.
