Installing ssl certificates in moodle server

I am using Xampp as my moodle server. I have configured LDAP with moodle but i get an error.

I exported the ssl certificate from my active directory and i want to install it on Xampp as indicated in this tutorial: http://docs.moodle.org/24/en/LDAP_authentication.

Can someone help me with the steps taken to install the ssl certificate on Xammp apache server
