Is it possible to setup a forum to be graded using a rubric similar to a regular assignment?

Not at this time. Moodlerooms has created it as part of our advanced forums activity, but it requires our Joule grader interface. We have not released the Joule grader piece because it requires core modifications and we want to wait for Moodle HQ to determine how they want to approach inline grading and forum grading.
