there is no error. It opens in modular window. What browser are you using?

Sorry for late reply, I use Internet Explorer 8 version. Moodle 2.4.2 and SQL server 2008. Please let me know when you got the script ready to be working for testing purpose. I will let the instance for you to operate.

IE8? can you try switching to Chrome or Firefox? It should work right away.
