When users try to scroll up/down on a phone (with Editing On), users often drags and drops the blocks by their header instead of scrolling.
We try to solve this issue but we are facing multiple design issues.
If you have users who use the drag and drop feature for the blocks, you should come over to give your opinion on the issue.
