i want a resource that is added under each topic, like a overview. and i want all the overviews to be in a section. possibly in a block.
Is there anyway of doing this?

This is a block that lists the topic sections by # with the descption field of each section. It might be what you need. - https://moodle.org/plugins/view.php?plugin=block_course_contents
That is close but i want it to be a list of set rescources. i need them at the bottom of a topic. they will be things such as key points about topic. and then the user needs a bank of those key points
