Thanks for your suggestions. I'll see what I can do as I work on the Bootstrap-based Decaf. As for the issue with moving blocks out of the content region on the "my home" page, I can't replicate that on my dev sites - except with Bootstrap-based themes, so there shouldn't be any problem with the current Decaf. I'll try to investigate that while I'm working on the Bootstrap-based Decaf, but if you can file a bug in the tracker (if there isn't already one for this), maybe somebody else can sort it out sooner...
