Max Grade in Gradebook not matching Max Grade in Forums and Assignments

Hello,

I am using a fairly recent version of moodle, not sure exactly, probably around 2.4.x. Some of the forum and assignment Max Grades that I set in the settings pages for those items are not being reflected accurately in the gradebook. It's not happening with ALL items of those types, just some. Some forums that I set to 25 points are showing up as 30 points. Some assignments that I set to 80 are showing up as 65. You can see an example in the screenshots of the gradebook and then the max grade that I set for 01 Discussion. What should I be looking for?

Also, though most students have attempted the quiz and have earned points within the quiz component, those points are not displayed in the gradebook either.

You have your entire gradebook locked. See the little lock icon next to each item; next to the hide icon. Unlock everything and your grades should then populate the gradebook, max grades should adjust, etc.
