Hi Gordon,
I was just upgrading to the lastest HotPot and TaskChain. The HotPot completed fine. However, the Taskchain shows "Upgrading to new version - Moodle 2.5" and the window just shows mod_taskchain and does not change after several minutes.
If I go back into Notifications, it shows that the database needs to updated for the new TaskChain. Clicking on that gets back to the same situation.

Dear Jeff,
very sorry about that. I had tested the upgrade on Moodle 2.5 before I released it, but after seeing your message this morning, I tried the upgrade on Moodle 2.6 and I also received the error about the function "taskchain_update_grades()" not being defined.
I have fixed the error now and released a new version of TaskChain. Please download it and update when you next have a chance.
