After upgrade our moodle to 2.6 newly created users start getting error "Exception - User not found." when they trying access assignments with checked option Submission types-> File submissions, if teacher uncheck File submissions then newly created users can view assignment, BUT old users in any case have no difficulties with access to assignment.

found that problem connected with turnitin plugin, if turnitin turned off then all is working fine
