Hi,
After I am uploading a file in moodle I see a new entry in mdl_files table,
After I delete that file from moodle the record is still there, so how moodle knows
which file to display?
I have one user that can't access to the server files (from the File Picker) and there is debug error, just a message -There are no files to show.
Although there should be files to dispaly, I don't understand the reason...
