I'm new here and have never worked with Moodle.
What we'd like to do is display a message conditionally based upon a certain status.
For example, if someone has a status of "NONPAY," we'd like to display a block which will only be visible to folks in that particular status.
Can anyone give me a few hints as to how to get started on making this happen?
Please accept my apologies in advance for not knowing enough to even ask a more specific question on this subject.
