It would be great if you or a team you could gatter around the greek translation could pick up and go on. But take care: it could become an addiction to keep the language pack as complete as possible
A not to underestimate advantage of translating the software and the helpfiles, is you will be a Moodle expert in no time, because you've actualy read all the help files in a very profond way. That will on the other hand save you a lot of time in finding out how Moodle works and wat is possible with the package.
